The Glaze N Seal Concrete and Masonry Impregnator is a premium water-based penetrating sealer designed to provide long-lasting natural look protection for porous concrete, masonry, stone, pavers, grout, and decorative hardscape surfaces.

This advanced breathable impregnating sealer penetrates deeply into porous materials to help protect against oil stains, grease, moisture penetration, mildew, dirt buildup, and water-based contaminants while maintaining the original appearance of the surface.

Coverage

One gallon covers approximately 300 to 600 square feet depending on surface porosity, absorbency, and application method.

Application Instructions

Always test several small inconspicuous areas before full application to verify suitability and appearance.

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from waxes, coatings, dirt, grease, and contaminants before application.

Apply using a clean sponge, lamb’s wool applicator, roller, or sprayer. Allow the sealer to penetrate evenly into the surface.

A second coat may be applied approximately one hour later for additional protection. Wipe away excess material before drying to avoid residue or surface buildup.

Cure Time

Allow approximately 24 hours cure time for full protection. Light foot traffic may resume after approximately 4 hours and vehicle traffic after 24 hours.

Maintenance

Clean sealed surfaces regularly using mild cleaners such as Glaze N Seal Neutral Cleaner or Stone Cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals including bleach and ammonia. Reapply sealer as necessary depending on wear and exposure conditions.

Important Notes

• Apply between 50°F and 90°F
• Avoid puddling or runoff
• Keep surfaces dry for 24 hours after application
• Always remove excess material before drying
• Always test before full application
