The TTE-650G is a digital programmable thermostat designed for electric floor heating systems. It operates on 120VAC or 240VAC power and regulates the heating output based on the selected target temperature and measured room or floor temperature.
Designed for indoor electric underfloor heating applications, the TTE-650G provides flexible scheduling with 7-day, 5+2, and 6+1 programmable modes. It also includes energy-saving mode, away mode, manual temperature control, floor temperature monitoring, adjustable floor temperature protection, and built-in Class A 5mA GFCI protection.

Programmable Floor Heating Control
The TTE-650G provides flexible scheduling for different heating routines. Choose from 7-day, 5+2, or 6+1 programmable schedules and configure four heating periods throughout the day.
The thermostat allows different target temperatures and start times to be programmed according to the selected schedule. This provides convenient control over electric heated floors while allowing the heating schedule to match the way each room is used.
Multiple Operating Modes
The TTE-650G offers several operating modes for different floor heating needs. Schedule mode follows the programmed heating periods, while energy-saving mode allows a reduced target temperature to be selected. Away mode provides temporary temperature adjustment, and manual mode allows the temperature to be controlled directly.
The thermostat can also display room and floor temperatures when a floor sensor is connected.
Room and Floor Temperature Control
The TTE-650G supports multiple temperature control methods. Depending on the selected configuration, the thermostat can use the built-in sensor to detect room temperature, use the floor sensor as the control temperature, or use the built-in room sensor while monitoring floor temperature for protection.
When the measured room temperature is below the target temperature, the thermostat activates the heating output. When the target temperature is reached, the thermostat stops heating.
Adjustable Floor Temperature Protection
When floor temperature protection is enabled, the thermostat monitors the floor temperature and can stop heating when the configured high-temperature limit is reached. The default high-temperature protection setting is 45°C (113°F), with an adjustable range of 45°C to 95°C (113°F to 203°F), or the floor temperature protection function can be turned off.
The manual specifies that when the floor temperature falls below 40°C (104°F), the floor limit indication clears and heating can resume when the target room temperature still requires heating.
Built-In Class A GFCI Protection
The TTE-650G includes Class A 5mA GFCI protection and a dedicated GFCI test function. The installation instructions specify testing the GFCI function after installation.

Installation Notes
The TTE-650G is designed for indoor installation. The installation manual recommends an installation height of approximately 4.5 to 5 feet above the floor and advises against installing the thermostat near heat sources such as hot water pipes, heating pipes, wall-mounted light fixtures, or in direct sunlight.
The power wires connect to the designated Line 1 and Line 2 connections on the power board. The electric floor heating load connects to the designated load connections, and the floor sensor connects to terminals 1 and 2.
Electrical installation should be performed according to applicable local electrical requirements and by a qualified installer where required.
Temperature Sensor and Protection Functions
The thermostat includes a built-in room temperature sensor and a connection for a floor temperature sensor. The control settings allow the installer to select the desired temperature control method and adjust room and floor temperature calibration values.
If a sensor failure occurs, the thermostat displays EEE in the temperature display area and stops heating.
Advanced Settings
The TTE-650G includes adjustable settings for high-temperature protection, room temperature calibration, temperature setback, button sound volume, backlight behavior, temperature control method, time format, floor temperature calibration, floor temperature setback, floor protection temperature setback, remote control target temperature, factory reset, heating response settings, Celsius/Fahrenheit selection, and GFCI detection settings.
