The Glaze N Seal Multi Purpose Sealer is a professional-grade acrylic waterbase sealer designed to protect and beautify concrete, tile, masonry, brick, natural stone, and decorative surfaces. This stain-resistant sealer provides long-lasting protection against water penetration, oil, grease, beverages, dirt buildup, and everyday wear while enhancing the appearance of indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Formulated specifically for decorative concrete, stamped concrete, pavers, slate, flagstone, quarry tile, terrazzo, stucco, brick, exposed aggregate concrete, and natural or manufactured stone, this breathable medium gloss sealer helps protect surfaces from moisture damage, efflorescence, UV exposure, and staining.

The easy-to-apply non-yellowing acrylic formula is ideal for residential and commercial applications including patios, walkways, kitchens, garages, pool decks, driveways, tile floors, countertops, and masonry surfaces.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be free of efflorescence, dirt, oils, waxes, grease, and defective paint or sealers before application. If muriatic acid is used during cleaning, all acid residue must be fully neutralized and removed prior to sealer application.

Do not allow acid cleaners to dry on the surface. Use a neutralizing rinse before sealing when acid cleaning has been performed.

Application Instructions

Apply two or more thin coats of sealer while avoiding puddling. Allow each coat to dry to the touch before applying additional coats, typically one to three hours depending on temperature and humidity.

The sealer may be applied using a brush, roller, wax applicator, or spray equipment depending on the surface texture and porosity. Clean tools with water before sealer dries.

For best results, apply between 55°F and 80°F. When applying in direct sunlight or warm weather, lightly dampen the surface with a fine water mist before application.

Approximately 100 to 400 square feet per gallon depending on the porosity and texture of the surface.
