Glaze N Seal Neutralizing Rinse Acid Neutralizer for Concrete Tile & Stone
Professional Acid Neutralizer and Surface Preparation Cleaner
The Glaze N Seal Neutralizing Rinse is a professional acid neutralizer and alkaline cleaner designed to remove acid residue from concrete, tile, grout, masonry, and natural stone surfaces after acid washing, etching, or heavy-duty cleaning procedures.
This specialized surface preparation solution helps restore surfaces to a proper neutral pH level before sealing, improving sealer adhesion and helping prevent premature sealer failure caused by residual acid contamination.
In addition to neutralizing acid residue, this versatile formula also functions as a powerful cleaner for removing dirt, residue, and surface contamination prior to sealing concrete, tile, masonry, and stone installations.

Application Instructions as Neutralizer
Mix approximately 3 to 5 ounces of Neutralizing Rinse per gallon of warm water. For larger projects, use approximately half a container per 5 gallons of water.
Flood the surface or apply solution liberally and allow it to remain on the surface for approximately 1 to 5 minutes. Agitate if necessary to remove stubborn residue or contamination.
Remove solution using a wet vacuum, mop, sponge, or clean towels and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow the surface to dry completely for at least 24 hours before applying any sealer.
Application Instructions as Cleaner
For cleaning applications, mix approximately 8 to 10 ounces per gallon of water. Apply to the surface, scrub as needed, rinse thoroughly, and allow the surface to dry completely.
Additional Uses
Neutralizing Rinse may also be used to help neutralize rinse water generated during acid cleaning before disposal into septic or sewer systems.
Why Neutralize Surfaces Before Sealing?
Residual acid left behind after cleaning or etching can interfere with sealer adhesion and may lead to premature sealer failure, hazing, whitening, or poor long-term performance. Proper neutralization helps prepare surfaces for maximum sealer penetration and durability.
Safety Information
Contains sodium carbonate and sodium sesquicarbonate. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. If eye contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. If swallowed, drink water and seek medical attention.
