Modern Stone Shine & Seal is a water-based topical sealer formulated to enhance color, increase surface clarity, and provide a beautiful gloss finish on natural stone, concrete, masonry, and decorative tile surfaces. Its advanced acrylic polymer technology helps protect against stains while delivering long-lasting color enhancement and UV resistance for both interior and exterior applications.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of waxes, coatings, and contaminants.
• Apply Shine & Seal using a mop, sponge, natural fiber brush, paint pad applicator, or low-pressure sprayer.
• Distribute evenly across the entire surface.
• For a uniform appearance, avoid puddling.
• Multiple thin coats are recommended instead of one heavy coat.
• Allow approximately 30 minutes drying time between coats.
• Apply additional coats if a higher gloss level is desired.
• Allow the final coat to dry for approximately 6 hours before foot traffic.
• Full cure is achieved within 48 hours.
• Clean tools with water.

Coverage: Approximately 200 to 1,000 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, absorbency, application method, and desired gloss level.

Handling and Storage

Close container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing temperatures and prolonged exposure to excessive heat. Do not place near heat, sparks, flames, or ignition sources. Do not thin or dilute.

Caution

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
