Glaze N Seal Enhanced Look Paver Sealer is a professional-grade water-based sealer designed to protect and enhance concrete pavers, brick, natural stone, decorative concrete, and masonry surfaces while helping stabilize and lock sand joints in place.

This advanced penetrating sealer enhances the natural color of porous surfaces with a rich deeper appearance while helping protect against oil stains, grease, efflorescence, UV fading, moisture penetration, weeds, and environmental wear.

Coverage

Approximately 100 to 250 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and application method.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be completely clean and dry before application. Remove dirt, oil, grease, paint, efflorescence, and incompatible sealers prior to sealing.

Allow at least 24 hours drying time after cleaning and longer drying periods after pressure washing or cool weather conditions.

Joint sand should be compacted and positioned approximately 1/8 inch below the paver surface before sealing.

Application Instructions

Apply using a garden sprayer, low-pressure airless sprayer, brush, roller, or squeegee.

Apply one liberal saturating coat while ensuring all paver joints are fully flooded to maximize sand stabilization and penetration.

Remove excess material to avoid puddling. An optional second coat may be applied after approximately two hours to increase protection and appearance enhancement.

For a matte finish appearance, wipe excess sealer from the surface within 5 to 10 minutes after application before drying.

Important Notes

• Apply between 45°F and 90°F
• Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces
• Do not use on polished stone, marble, granite, or porcelain
• Do not apply to submerged surfaces
• Always test small areas before full application
