This advanced low gloss sealer helps protect outdoor hardscape surfaces from oil stains, grease, UV fading, mildew, weeds, moisture penetration, and efflorescence while maintaining a natural enhanced appearance.

Coverage

Approximately 75 to 150 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and application method.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be thoroughly clean and dry before application. Remove dirt, grease, oils, paint, efflorescence, and old sealers prior to sealing.

New concrete pavers should cure for a minimum of 14 days before application. Allow at least 24 hours drying time after cleaning and longer after pressure washing or during cool weather conditions.

Joint sand should be properly compacted and positioned approximately 1/8 inch below the top surface of the pavers before sealing.

Application Instructions

Apply using a garden sprayer, low-pressure sprayer, brush, roller, or squeegee.

Apply one liberal saturating coat ensuring paver joints are thoroughly flooded to maximize sand stabilization and penetration.

Remove excess material using a squeegee to avoid puddling. An optional second coat may be applied after approximately two hours to increase protection and deepen appearance.

Important Notes

• Apply between 45°F and 90°F
• Do not apply to wet surfaces
• Do not use on polished stone, marble, or granite
• Do not apply to submerged surfaces
• Always test small areas before full application

Slip Resistance Option

For additional slip resistance, Glaze N Seal Grip N Seal anti-slip additive may be added to the second coat where additional traction is desired.
