Approximately 100 to 700 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, texture, and method of application.

Application Instructions

Always test a small inconspicuous area before full application to verify penetration and appearance.

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, sealers, waxes, and contaminants before application.

Apply one liberal saturating coat using a brush, roller, or spray applicator. Do not allow excess sealer to remain or dry on the surface.

On highly porous materials, a second coat may be necessary for maximum protection. Any excess material not absorbed within 1 to 2 minutes should be wiped away immediately using clean absorbent cloths.

For vertical surfaces, work from top to bottom while maintaining a wet edge to help avoid streaking or overlap marks.

Important Notes

Slip Resistance Option

For additional slip resistance, Glaze N Seal Grip N Seal anti-slip additive may be added to the second coat where additional traction is desired.
