Application Instructions

Surface must be completely clean and dry before application. Remove dirt, grease, oils, paint, efflorescence, and old sealers prior to sealing.

After compacting joint sand and sweeping the surface clean, ensure the sand level is approximately 1/8 inch below the top surface of the pavers. Joint sand must be completely dry before applying sealer.

Apply using a garden sprayer, low-pressure airless sprayer, natural bristle brush, roller, or squeegee. Apply one liberal saturating coat so the sealer fully penetrates the paver joints and stabilizes the sand.

Remove excess material to prevent puddling. A second coat may be applied after approximately two hours if additional gloss or protection is desired.

For additional slip resistance, an anti-slip additive may be added to the second coat.

Surface Preparation

New concrete pavers should cure for at least 14 days before sealing. After pressure washing, allow a minimum of 48 hours drying time before application.

Applying sealer to damp surfaces or uncured substrates may result in haze or adhesion issues.

Always test several small areas before full application to verify appearance, penetration, and performance.

Coverage

Approximately 75 to 150 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, texture, and application method.

Limitations

Apply between 45°F and 90°F. Surface and air temperatures should remain above 45°F for at least 24 hours before and after application.

Do not use on porcelain tile, polished stone, marble, granite, submerged surfaces, fountains, pools, or below-grade applications.

Safety Information

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after use and keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and do not induce vomiting.
