Coverage:

Covers approximately 100 to 250 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, texture, and application method. A second coat may provide up to 50% additional coverage. Avoid over application and puddling.

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be completely clean and dry before application. Remove dirt, grease, oil, efflorescence, and incompatible previous sealers. Allow surfaces to dry for at least 48 hours before sealing and 72 hours after pressure washing. Newly installed pavers should cure for a minimum of 14 days.

Joint sand should be dry and positioned at least 1/8 inch below the surface for proper penetration and sand stabilization.

Application Instructions:

Apply using a solvent resistant sprayer, low pressure airless sprayer, brush, roller, or squeegee. Apply an even liberal coat to fully saturate joints and surface pores. Remove excess material to prevent puddling and uneven gloss.

A second coat can be applied after approximately 2 hours for additional gloss and enhanced protection. For improved slip resistance, a grip additive may be added to the second coat.

Application Limitations:

• Apply between 45°F and 90°F
• Do not apply to non porous surfaces
• Do not apply where moisture vapor pressure exists
