Application Instructions

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of waxes or coatings.
• Agitate container thoroughly before use.
• Apply liberally using a paint pad, roller, brush, lambswool applicator, or low-pressure chemical sprayer.
• Distribute evenly to ensure uniform penetration.
• Test a small area first to determine the desired level of enhancement.
• Do not allow excess sealer to dry on the surface.
• Allow the sealer to dwell for up to 20 minutes.
• Remove excess product with clean towels or a cotton bonnet pad until the surface is dry.
• Apply a second coat after approximately 30 minutes if additional enhancement is desired.
• Ready for foot traffic in approximately 4 hours.
• Full cure occurs within 24 to 48 hours.
• Clean tools with mineral spirits.

Coverage: Approximately 200 to 1,500 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, absorbency, temperature, and application method.

Handling and Storage

Close the container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing temperatures and prolonged exposure to excessive heat. Do not place near sparks, flames, heat, or ignition sources. Do not thin or dilute.

Caution

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
