Compotite Elastiseal Pro Hybrid Sealant & Adhesive is a one-component, moisture-curing silyl-terminated polyether sealant formulated for both sealing and bonding applications in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Designed to provide long-lasting flexibility and exceptional adhesion, Elastiseal Pro delivers reliable performance in demanding environments where waterproofing, weather resistance, and durability are essential.

Unlike conventional polyurethane and silicone sealants, Elastiseal Pro is formulated to resist moisture exposure during curing, making it an excellent choice for waterproofing projects and exterior applications where weather conditions may be unpredictable.

Installation Instructions

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application.
2. Cut cartridge tip and nozzle to the desired bead size.
3. Load cartridge into a standard caulking gun.
4. Apply sealant evenly to the desired area.
5. If tooling is required, complete within approximately 15 minutes.
6. Sealant will typically skin over in approximately 30 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
7. Allow the material to cure fully. Bond strength will continue developing for up to 7 days.
8. Clean uncured material with an appropriate solvent such as alcohol. Cured material can be removed mechanically.

Important Notes

• Recommended application temperatures: 32°F to 120°F
• Lower temperatures and humidity may increase cure time
• Always test compatibility with intended substrates before use
• Not generally recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, or TPO without prior testing
• Suitable for both sealing and bonding applications
