The Goof Proof® Shower Seat is a stay-in-place molded plastic shower bench form that installs quickly and can be tiled the same day. Designed for both new construction and retrofit shower applications, this professional-grade shower seat provides reliable support while simplifying installation.
The seat comes standard at 30" wide and features integrated guide marks that allow easy trimming down to 24" wide to fit a variety of shower layouts.
Integrated level vials ensure the proper drainage slope of 1/4" per foot, helping prevent standing water and supporting proper shower drainage.
Installation Applications:
New Installations: Mounts directly over wall board and secures into blocking between studs using six included mounting screws.
Retrofit Installations: Installs directly over existing tile using six heavy-duty plastic toggle anchors.
