The Quick Pitch® Extra Float Stick by Mark E Industries is designed to expand and customize Quick Pitch® shower floor slope systems for larger shower layouts and irregular shower floor configurations.
Extra float sticks help stabilize and guide mortar bed screeding while maintaining the proper drainage slope required for waterproof tile shower installations.
This single-piece float stick is commonly used for oversized showers, custom shower shapes, curbless shower systems, and projects requiring additional screeding support.

The Quick Pitch® system helps installers create the industry-standard 1/4 inch per foot slope required for efficient shower floor drainage.
Using additional float sticks helps improve screeding accuracy and mortar bed consistency in larger shower installations.
For best results, outer float stick spacing should generally remain within approximately 2 to 2 1/2 feet from each other.
