Smith’s Poly SEAL is a high-performance single component acrylic polyurethane sealer engineered to provide excellent durability, UV stability, adhesion, and wear resistance on interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
This advanced waterborne sealer combines a polyurethane polymer with cross-linking acrylic technology to create a durable protective coating with low odor, fast drying performance, and long-lasting protection.
Smith’s Poly SEAL can be used as a primer beneath Smith’s Poly WB topcoat systems, as a terrazzo finish replacement for traditional floor wax, or as a standalone decorative concrete sealer for overlays, pavers, stucco, garage floors, and stained concrete.

Important Limitations:
- Does not enhance concrete color or create a wet look appearance
- Not suitable for non-porous surfaces such as porcelain, ceramic tile, granite, or marble
- Not intended for wood floor finishing applications
- Not recommended for kitchen environments exposed to thermal shock
- Mechanical surface preparation may be required for exterior or vehicular traffic applications
