Warmup In-Line GFEP Protection - GF-2
In-line 30mA GFEP protection up to 2 x 63A carry rating. Complies with UL1077 and UL1053.
The Warmup GF-2 In-Line GFEP Protection Unit is designed to provide ground fault equipment protection for electric snow melting and outdoor heat trace systems installed in residential and commercial applications.
Snow melting and outdoor pipe heating systems installed in the United States and Canada require ground fault protection for safe operation and code compliance.
The ODC-GF-2 Ground Fault Protection Unit is designed to help meet NEC 426.28, NEC 427.22, and CEC Part I Rule 62-300 requirements for equipment ground fault protection.
The GF-2 model provides dual circuit protection and is housed inside a rugged IP65 NEMA 4X rated enclosure suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
The GFEP unit should be installed between the overload-protected branch circuit and the snow melting or heat tracing controller and heating equipment.
The GF-2 unit provides ground fault protection only and must be used together with primary overload protection. Maximum load must not exceed 63 amps.
