STEPS

Step 1: uses the Segmented milling wheel to rough out the shape.
Step 2: Rough finish wheel of approximately
Step 3: Use yellow wheel for honed finish.
Step 4: Use red wheel for satin finish.
Step 5: Use grey wheel for glossy finish.

Fits on both Bulldog machines (BD1WD and BD2WD) and back-finishers (BDSABF and BDCBF)

Raimondi Bulldog 3/8-inch Radius 80 Grit Milling Wheel is STEP 1 in making your bullnose piece. The New Continuous Rim 3/8-inch radius Milling Wheel is 80 grit to start the removal of heavy stock from your tile or stone to give the piece it's 3/8-inch radius Rough Shape

45°ANGLE - A 45° angle can be achieved with the milling wheel and rough finish wheel. The two 45° wheels available can be used on all Bulldog machines, this includes the back-finishers.

BULLNOSE - Bullnose can be attained with the milling wheel, and rough finish wheel. These wheels come both in sizes 3/8" and 5/8"
