Modern Stone’s Ultra Clean removes years of dirt and stains from neglected tile and grout surfaces. This concentrated, high alkaline cleaner/stripper is specially formulated to cut through grease, oil based dirt and many synthetic finishes.
Uses:
Grout, Ceramic Tile, Masonry Surface
Use on all types of ceramic tile, grout joints and other masonry surfaces. Test in an inconspicuous area to determine ease of application and desired results.
Warning: This product is not for use on natural Flagstone, marble or limestone.

Application
1. Sweep or vacuum surface to remove loose debris.
2. Dilute Ultra Clean with water depending on cleaning task.
* Light cleaning: Mix 1 part with 5 parts water.
* Medium cleaning: Mix 1 part with 3 parts water.
* Heavy cleaning/stripping: Mix 1 part with 2 parts water.
3. Apply solution to area and allow to dwell 3-5 minutes for cleaning, 5-10 minutes for stripping. DO NOT allow excess product to dry on surface.
4. Agitate with soft bristle brush or scrub machine.
5. Remove dirty solution using a wet/dry vac, sponge, or damp mop.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residual cleaner.
7. Dry surface with terry cloth towel
Covers Approximately 1000 to 10,000 sq. ft per gallon.
Handling and Storage
Close container after each use. Store in original container only. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing or long-term high temperature storage
Caution:
Rubber gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Immediately flush eyes with water. If skin contact occurs wash with soap and water. Do not take internally. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
