This is the Quick Pitch Center Ring that is supplied in the No. QPK-101 Quick Pitch Standard Kit to which the Standard Float Sticks (1" to 1-3/4" taper x 36" long) attach.

Separate Center Rings are often needed to make use of leftover Standard Float Sticks.
