How It Works
The Weep Hole Protector is installed between the waterproof shower pan liner and the mortar bed surrounding the drain assembly.
The raised ridges and drainage valleys create open flow channels that allow water beneath the mortar bed to move toward the drain weep holes.
This helps prevent clogged weep holes that can lead to standing water, mold growth, mildew, and long-term waterproofing problems.
