Glaze ‘N Seal Stone Sealant Impregnator is the first water based “Natural Look” penetrating sealer for all types of fine stone. Provides exceptional stain resistance without harsh solvents and odors.

It maintains a “Natural Look” appearance while forming a barrier that resists moisture, stains and mildew. This product is breathable and does not leave a surface coating. The 7.0 ph formula cannot etch or damage any stone!Perhaps, best of all, Stone Sealant Impregnator contains no harsh solvents. Because it is water-based, there are no unpleasant or severe health concerns. Stone Sealant Impregnator is VOC compliant. This product may also be used as a pre-sealer and as a grout sealer!

APPLICATION
Always read product label carefully before using. TEST FIRST! Due to differences in materials, always test product in several small inconspicuous areas to determine suitability of product for your use. Surface must be free of all surface coatings and waxes and must be clean and dry. Remove wax and acrylic finishes with Glaze ‘N Seal Stone Cleaner or Neutral Cleaner. Let dry overnight before applying sealant.
On new installations, apply to all surfaces before grouting to assist in easy clean-up and to resist grout staining. Apply Stone Sealant Impregnator with new clean lambswool applicator, sponge, roller or sprayer. Allow sealant to soak into surface. A second coat may be applied one hour later. Allow to dry overnight before grouting.
After grout has cured and tile has been thoroughly cleaned, apply a coat of Stone Sealant Impregnator over the entire surface including grout. Wipe excess sealant from surface after 10 minutes with a clean towel.
Cure Time: Stone Sealant Impregnator cures in 24 hours. Allow surface to dry for 4 hours or overnight, before allowing traffic. Keep surface free from staining materials for 72 hours.
NOTE: Apply when temperature is between 50°F – 90°F.Avoid puddling and rundown. If sealant comes in contact with surrounding surface, wipe off. If residue appears, remove with white nylon pad and water.
Coverage rate of Stone Sealant Impregnator varies widely depending on porosity and absorbency rate of surface to be sealed. Temperature and application method will also affect coverage.
One quart will seal between 50- 400 square feet. In most instances, expense of labor exceeds material cost of sealing project. Do not under apply the product as the labor cost of doing the job twice exceeds the material costs.
Maintenance: Surface should be kept clean using Glaze ‘n Seal Neutral Cleaner or Stone Cleaner as needed.
Stain Resistance Tests: Independent test for staining (CTI- T72) has shown Stone Sealant Impregnator to be an effective stain repellent against a variety of contaminants on a wide range of surfaces, including marble, quarry tile, limestone, concrete tile and saltillo tile.

Glaze ‘n Seal Products liability, either expressed or implied, is limited solely to the replacement of this product when proven to be defective and does not include any labor costs or consequential damages.
