These 1-1/2" assembled cap nails are engineered for use with ProPanel Backer Board and other lightweight foam backer panels in waterproof shower and tile installations. The large cap design helps distribute pressure evenly across the panel surface for secure attachment and long-lasting performance.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials, these fasteners are suitable for wet-area installations including showers, bathrooms, steam rooms, and waterproof tile assemblies.

Installation Guidelines:
- Install fasteners every 8" on center
- Use approximately 24 fasteners per 3' x 5' panel
- Seal all penetrations with waterproof sealant
- Compress seams into sealant or adhesive for a secure waterproof bond
- Fiberglass tape and waterproof membrane may also be applied over seams
- Use only corrosion-resistant fasteners in wet-area installations
