Proleveling Straight Spacers 100

I bought this leveling system to install travertine floors, and it turned into a nightmare, Mismatched and misaligned where tiles meet under the pummel, unable to level tile no matter how tight I drove the pummels would not lift the lower tile, ended up buying spacers at home depot and leveling with a level. 15 dollars total against 184.50 of this system...

The inline units work very well as long as the mastic is still wet enough to move tiles, I found the inline units to work the best over the four corner ones. The big drawback is the cost because you use more laying the tiles. You have to be careful when you turn cap because it moves the tiles and also can break the inline tap off....

I found it difficult to keep some tiles lined up straight. The twisting motion of tightening the cap has a tendency to shift the tiles out of position. Furthermore, since the cap covers the intersection of your tiles it's difficult to see this misalignment....
