This is an amazing product for the do it yourselfer. I never laid tile before and used this system to do a big project (over 2500 sq ft). This made things go smoothly and have a professional looking job. I did place a large fender washer under the knob to give it a little larger surface area. This worked very well. The newer version works better than the old one because the knurled head gave more grip than the philips head screw in the old system. I highly recommend this....

I have done tile work without this and now I will never do one without these. It made the job so much easier and looks so much better then without them. I am really pleased with them. Nice and flat every time. Even on wavy floors. They look precision to the customer as well.
