Pros: The Warm wire kits have everything you need and cost less than the mats.
Cons: wire size is different for different lengths. Thermostat keeps program but looses time when there is a power outage.
Overall: This was a great investment and I would purchase again. I would recommend self leveling mortar with this project. Flooring Supply had the best price and great service.
