Kudos to the sales and shipping staff

Please post this as a testimonial.  We are in the process of remodeling our master bath, and trying to help the contractor out decided to  go shopping for a floor heating system etc.  This is a new concept in our home, but I had done my homework on the subject.  I contacted your store and the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Between the two of us we discussed options, prices, and products and with his recommendations I placed an order.  I will admit I was a bit nervous, it was $$, but e-mails and shipping were amazing.  Fast, and in perfect condition everything has arrived.  Kudos to the sales and shipping staff.  I would definitely recommend this store for choices of product and service.  Thanks so much!     Linda Sherman, Florence, KY.
