Everything arrived in good condition. You have been great to work with. It’s very unusual to find such responsive service these days. I was also pleased to easily find an item I couldn’t source locally on your website. I googled “ceramic towel racks” and got your web link. I reviewed your products to find a match and sent an inquiry. You responded to my e-mail in a few minutes and sent the pics the next day (Sunday afternoon). Again, the response time was excellent since you seem to be available 24x7. I started the search late Friday night and placed an order on Sunday after I confirmed the match with the pics that you sent. By the following Friday, UPS had the shipment out for delivery.
