Manufactured from the same proven Composeal Gold membrane material, these preformed corners help simplify installation while maintaining a continuous waterproof barrier.

When properly installed using Composeal Flexible Vinyl Cement, these corners help eliminate difficult field fabrication and provide dependable waterproof protection in residential and commercial tile installations.

Installation Information

Composeal Flexible Vinyl Cement is used to weld these corners securely in place. Outside corners may also be used at shower seats, benches, curbs, and other waterproofing transitions where maintaining a continuous moisture barrier is essential.

Compotite does not recommend cutting inside corners in order to preserve the integrity of the waterproofing system. Instead, corners should be formed using the recommended "dog ear" method and welded in place. Preformed corners are available for situations where local code requirements or inspection standards require their use.

Warranty Information

Composeal 30 and 40 mil membranes are warranted against material failure. In the event of a membrane defect, replacement material will be supplied at no charge. Warranty coverage applies only to the membrane itself and does not extend to installation methods, consequential damages, or conditions beyond the manufacturer's control. Under normal conditions, Composeal membranes are designed to last for the life of the building.
