Maintenance Recommendations

For indoor applications, Glaze N Seal Floor Polish is recommended as a protective finish over the sealer to help extend sealer life and improve long-term maintenance. Sweep and damp mop surfaces regularly and use Glaze N Seal Neutral Cleaner as needed for routine cleaning.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean and free of efflorescence, dirt, oils, waxes, grease, and defective paints or sealers prior to application. If muriatic acid is used during cleaning, all acid residue must be fully neutralized and removed before applying sealer.

Do not allow acid cleaners to dry on the surface. Use a neutralizing rinse before sealer application when acid cleaning has been performed.

Coverage

Approximately 100 to 600 square feet per gallon depending on the porosity and texture of the surface being sealed.
