Modern Stone Balance Neutral Stone Tile & Grout Cleaner
Modern Stone Balance is a super-concentrated, phosphate-free neutral cleaner formulated for everyday cleaning of natural stone, tile, grout, concrete, masonry, and other hard surfaces. Designed for routine maintenance, this professional-grade cleaner removes everyday dirt and soils while helping preserve the appearance of sealed and unsealed surfaces. Its fresh scent leaves rooms smelling clean without harsh odors, making it an excellent choice for both residential and commercial environments.
Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, floors, countertops, patios, and other high-traffic areas, Balance provides effective cleaning for a wide variety of surfaces while remaining gentle enough for regular use.

Coverage: Approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square feet per gallon depending on dilution ratio, surface condition, and application method.
Application Instructions
- Sweep or vacuum the surface to remove loose debris.
- Mix 1 to 4 ounces of Balance Cleaner per gallon of water.
- Apply the cleaning solution to the surface.
- Agitate using a mop or soft-bristle brush.
- Remove the dirty solution.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry the surface with a terry cloth towel.
Handling and Storage
Close the container after each use. Store only in the original container. Product is freeze-thaw stable.
Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
