Modern Stone Modern Clean is a professional-strength concentrated alkaline cleaner formulated for deep cleaning natural stone, tile, grout, concrete, and masonry surfaces. Designed to cut through stubborn dirt, grease, and embedded contaminants, this powerful cleaner helps restore the appearance of heavily used surfaces while preparing them for sealing and protection.

Suitable for both residential and commercial applications, Modern Clean is an excellent choice for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, patios, walkways, pool decks, entryways, and other interior or exterior surfaces that require thorough cleaning. Its concentrated formula allows you to adjust the dilution ratio based on the level of cleaning required, making it an economical solution for routine maintenance and heavy-duty restoration projects.

Modern Clean is specially formulated for surfaces where deep cleaning is required. It penetrates and lifts dirt, grease, and surface contaminants without damaging properly maintained stone and tile surfaces, helping create a clean foundation before the application of sealers and protective treatments.

VOC Content: 48 g/l

Coverage: Approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square feet per gallon, depending on dilution ratio, surface condition, porosity, and application method.

Application Instructions

• Sweep or vacuum the surface to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Dilute Modern Clean according to the cleaning task:
  • Light Cleaning: 1 part Modern Clean to 10 parts water
  • Medium Cleaning: 1 part Modern Clean to 5 parts water
  • Heavy Cleaning: 1 part Modern Clean to 2 parts water
• Apply the solution evenly to the surface and allow it to dwell for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface.
• Agitate using a soft bristle brush or scrub machine.
• Remove the dirty solution with a wet/dry vacuum, sponge, or damp mop.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaner residue.
• Dry the surface with a terry cloth towel.

Handling and Storage

Close the container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing conditions and prolonged exposure to excessive heat.

Caution

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
