Modern Stone Reveal & Seal is a premium solvent-based enhancing sealer designed to darken, enrich, and highlight the natural beauty of stone surfaces while providing superior protection against oil and water-based stains. Its advanced penetrating formula enhances color and character without creating a surface coating, making it ideal for natural stone installations where a richer appearance is desired.

Formulated for interior and exterior applications, Reveal & Seal provides long-lasting protection while allowing moisture vapor transmission. The UV-resistant formula helps preserve the enhanced appearance of stone surfaces exposed to sunlight and weather.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of waxes, coatings, and contaminants.
• Agitate container before use.
• Apply Reveal & Seal using a paint pad, roller, brush, lambswool applicator, or low-pressure chemical sprayer.
• Distribute evenly across the entire surface to ensure uniform penetration.
• Do not allow excess sealer to dry on the surface.
• Allow the sealer to dwell for up to 20 minutes.
• Remove excess material using clean towels or a cotton bonnet pad until the surface is completely dry.
• Apply a second coat after approximately 30 minutes if additional enhancement is desired.
• Ready for foot traffic in approximately 4 hours.
• Full cure is achieved within 24 to 48 hours.
• Clean tools with mineral spirits.

Coverage: Approximately 200 to 1,500 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity, absorbency, and application method.

Handling and Storage

Close container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing temperatures and prolonged exposure to excessive heat. Keep away from sparks, flames, and ignition sources. Do not thin or dilute.

Caution

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If eye contact occurs, flush immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
