Modern Stone Revive is a professional-strength acid replacement cleaner formulated to remove grout haze, mortar smears, mineral deposits, efflorescence, and rust stains from grout, tile, and masonry surfaces. Using advanced salts-based technology, Revive delivers powerful cleaning performance while offering additional handling and safety benefits compared to traditional acid-based cleaners.
Ideal for post-installation cleanup, restoration projects, and heavy-duty maintenance, Revive helps restore the appearance of grout lines and hard surfaces affected by construction residue, mineral buildup, and stubborn staining. Its breakthrough formulation is highly resistant to damaging stainless steel, chrome, and brass when accidental overspray occurs and is promptly rinsed away.

Coverage: Approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square feet per gallon depending on dilution ratio, surface condition, and application method.
Application Instructions
- Sweep or vacuum the surface to remove loose debris.
- Mask and protect acid-sensitive materials, including natural stone and stainless steel when necessary.
- Dilute Revive according to the cleaning task:
- Light Cleaning: 1 part Revive to 10 parts water
- Medium Cleaning: 1 part Revive to 6 parts water
- Heavy Cleaning / Etching: 1 part Revive to 3 parts water
- Apply the solution evenly and allow it to dwell for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.
- Agitate using a soft-bristle brush or acid-resistant scrubber.
- Remove dirty solution with a wet/dry vacuum, sponge, or damp mop.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry with a terry cloth towel or other absorbent material.
Handling and Storage
Close the container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing conditions and prolonged exposure to excessive heat.
Caution
Protect surrounding areas from overspray. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area before use to verify compatibility and desired results. This product is not intended for use on natural stone surfaces such as marble, limestone, or flagstone. If Revive comes into contact with stainless steel, chrome, or brass, rinse immediately with clean water.
