Modern Stone Ultra Clean is a concentrated high-alkaline cleaner and stripper designed to remove years of accumulated dirt, grease, oil-based soils, and synthetic finish buildup from neglected tile and grout surfaces. Ideal for restoration projects, deep cleaning, and surface preparation, this professional-strength formula penetrates stubborn contaminants to help restore the appearance of heavily used floors and masonry surfaces.

Whether tackling commercial maintenance projects, heavily trafficked residential floors, or grout restoration jobs, Ultra Clean delivers powerful cleaning performance while offering adjustable dilution ratios for light cleaning, deep cleaning, and stripping applications.

Available Sizes: Quart, Gallon, and 5 Gallon Concentrate

Recommended Surfaces:

• Ceramic Tile
• Grout
• Masonry Surfaces

Not Recommended For:

• Marble
• Limestone
• Flagstone
• Other acid-sensitive natural stone surfaces

VOC Content: 145 g/l

Coverage: Approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square feet per gallon depending on dilution ratio, surface condition, and application method.

Application Instructions

• Sweep or vacuum the surface to remove loose debris.
• Dilute Ultra Clean according to the cleaning task:
  • Light Cleaning: 1 part Ultra Clean to 5 parts water
  • Medium Cleaning: 1 part Ultra Clean to 3 parts water
  • Heavy Cleaning / Stripping: 1 part Ultra Clean to 2 parts water
• Apply the solution evenly to the surface.
• Allow 3 to 5 minutes dwell time for cleaning and 5 to 10 minutes for stripping.
• Do not allow excess product to dry on the surface.
• Agitate with a soft-bristle brush or scrub machine.
• Remove dirty solution using a wet/dry vacuum, sponge, or damp mop.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Dry surface with a terry cloth towel.

Handling and Storage

Close the container after each use. Store only in the original container in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing conditions and prolonged exposure to excessive heat.

Caution

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not ingest. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if necessary.
