Modern black brushed stainless steel penny round mosaic tile designed to create a bold contemporary appearance with durable metallic performance.
This premium penny round mosaic features black brushed stainless steel metal caps bonded to a durable porcelain tile body for enhanced strength, dimensional stability, and easier installation compared to solid metal mosaics.
Manufactured using grade 304 stainless steel with an anodized black finish, this mosaic delivers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting visual appeal for residential and commercial wall applications.
The brushed texture creates subtle directional movement and tonal variation across the surface, adding depth and sophisticated industrial character to backsplashes, feature walls, and decorative installations.
Brushed metal textures are intentionally installed randomly during manufacturing to create natural variation and movement throughout each sheet.

Installation Instructions
Recommended Substrates:
- Properly cured mortar beds - ANSI A108.1B (minimum 7 days cured)
- Cementitious backer units (CBU) - ANSI A118.9
- Concrete slabs cured minimum 28 days
- Gypsum board for dry areas only - ASTM C1396
- An ANSI A108A-2.1.8 membrane is required behind CBU installations in wet areas
- Metal mosaics should be installed a minimum of 8" away from naked flame or direct heat sources
Setting Materials & Methods
- Always use setting materials that meet or exceed TCNA guidelines
- Professional installation by an experienced tile contractor is recommended
- Installation methods should conform to TCNA standards
- Use premium white modified thinset mortar for best results
- Carefully clean excess mortar from metal surfaces during installation

- Directional grain variation is a normal characteristic of brushed stainless steel mosaics
- Colors are rated V1 shade variation
- Brushed textures are intentionally varied across sheets

Care & Maintenance
- Clean using warm water with mild soap or detergent
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning
- Wipe dry using a soft clean cloth
- Specialized stainless steel cleaners may also be used

- Always follow stainless steel cleaner manufacturer instructions
