Automatic Snow Detection Sensor for ProMelt Snow Melting Systems
The ProMelt PM-095 Aerial Mount Snow Sensor is designed to automatically detect falling snow and activate compatible snow melting systems. When connected to a ProMelt controller, the PM-095 helps maintain safe driveways, walkways, ramps, and outdoor surfaces by automatically starting the snow melting system during snowfall conditions.
Automatic Snow Detection
The PM-095 continuously monitors outdoor weather conditions and signals the connected controller to activate the snow melting system when snowfall is detected. System shutdown timing is controlled by the connected controller's programmed delay cycle or manual override settings.
Simple Outdoor Installation
The PM-095 easily mounts to standard 1/2-inch metal or PVC conduit or poles, positioning the sensor for accurate exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Its compact aerial design makes it ideal for both new snow melting installations and retrofit applications.
