I ordered a 36x48 preformed shower pan for a steam shower I am building. All my questions were answered with more help than I was expecting, It was like he really cared about my project.I heard several people on the webb complain about the cost but when you figure in cost of standard products and figure in build time it is a good deal, unless your time is only worth $1.oo an hour.
