Guys, The personnel are AMAZING! Costumer service at it's best! Reply's on time, kept me updated, SAVED me money on shipping. The gentleman, motti, was very quick to sort out any potential problems, communitcated very fast (almost made me wonder when he slept) and saved me money on shipping by sending it ground since i have a Suntouch here in my state so it didn't need to be 2nd aired. These guys do it right, put you first and look out for your intrests as well to help your job go smoothly. We are remodeling our bathroom and were searching the Internet for a tile store that had a variety of products. We found the "Tile Depot" Website and were very impressed with the information on the site and the detailed instructions and planning guides. We like to “kick the tires,” so since they were only a short distance away, we decided to visit the store. We met Motti and were impressed with his mastery of the tile industry. Motti looked at my drawings, understood what we needed and offered many alternatives on how to construct a shower pan. He even invited us to come around the counter to see and touch all the goodies. I had been looking for a way to add a custom corner seat to my new master bath walk in shower, when I ran across your web site. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was to find your corner bolt in pan that can be custom finished to blend seemlessly in with my finish tiling.
