The Raimondi Diamond Gloss Finish Wheel is the final wheel in the five-step bullnose profiling and finishing process for compatible Raimondi Bulldog machines and back-finishers. This grey 1500-grit wheel is designed to produce a glossy finish after the earlier milling, rough-finishing, honing, and satin-finishing stages.
Choose the profile size that matches your application: 3/8" (10 mm) or 5/8" (15 mm). Both versions feature a 5" (125 mm) diameter and a 25/32" (20 mm) arbor.

Five-Step Bullnose Profiling and Finishing Process
- Step 1 - Milling: A segmented milling wheel roughs out the profile shape.
- Step 2 - Rough Finish: The rough-finish wheel refines the initial profile.
- Step 3 - Honed Finish: The yellow wheel produces a honed finish.
- Step 4 - Satin Finish: The red wheel produces a satin finish.
- Step 5 - Gloss Finish: This grey 1500-grit wheel completes the process with a glossy finish.

Additional Applications
