Raimondi Diamond Satin Finish Wheel for Bulldog Machines - Step 4
The Raimondi Diamond Satin Finish Wheel is used in Step 4 of the Raimondi Bulldog bullnose profiling and finishing process. This red 800-grit wheel produces a satin finish after the honed finish stage and before the final gloss finishing step.
Choose the profile size that matches your application: 3/8" (10 mm) or 5/8" (15 mm). Both versions have a 5" (125 mm) diameter and a 25/32" (20 mm) arbor. Raimondi states that its wheels are tested and balanced to provide profiling results with compatible Bulldog machines.

Five-Step Bullnose Profiling and Finishing Process
- Step 1 - Milling: The segmented milling wheel roughs out the profile shape.
- Step 2 - Rough Finish: The rough-finish wheel refines the initial profile.
- Step 3 - Honed Finish: The yellow wheel produces a honed finish.
- Step 4 - Satin Finish: This red 800-grit wheel produces the satin finish.
- Step 5 - Gloss Finish: The grey wheel completes the process with a glossy finish.

Additional Applications
