Raimondi Diamond Milling Wheel for Bulldog Machines - Step 1
The Raimondi Diamond Milling Wheel is used in Step 1 of the Raimondi Bulldog profiling process. This segmented diamond wheel performs the initial shaping of bullnose profiles before the rough-finishing and subsequent polishing stages.
Choose the profile size that matches your application: 3/8" (10 mm) or 5/8" (15 mm). Both versions feature 80 grit and a 25/32" (20 mm) arbor. The wheel diameter varies by model.

Five-Step Profiling and Finishing Process
- Step 1 - Milling: This segmented wheel roughs out the profile shape.
- Step 2 - Rough Finish: The rough-finish wheel refines the initial profile.
- Step 3 - Honed Finish: The yellow wheel produces a honed finish.
- Step 4 - Satin Finish: The red wheel produces a satin finish.
- Step 5 - Gloss Finish: The grey wheel completes the process with a glossy finish.

Additional Applications
The milling and rough-finish wheels can also be used together to create 45° bevels with compatible Bulldog machines and back-finishers. For bullnose profiling, choose the milling wheel size that matches the required 3/8" (10 mm) or 5/8" (15 mm) profile.
Raimondi states that its wheels are tested and balanced to provide profiling results with compatible Bulldog machines.
