Raimondi 45° Milling Bevel Wheel for Bulldog Machines - BDW45
The Raimondi BDW45 Milling Bevel Wheel is designed for the first stage of 45° bevel shaping on compatible Raimondi Bulldog machines and back-finishers. This wheel performs the initial milling stage before the rough-finish wheel refines the bevel in preparation for polishing.
Featuring a 5/8" (15 mm) bevel and a matte 80-grit abrasive surface, the BDW45 is the Step 1 wheel in the two-wheel 45° beveling process.

Two-Step 45° Beveling Process
- Step 1 - Milling Wheel: The BDW45 performs the initial shaping of the 45° bevel.

Both wheels are designed for the 5/8" (15 mm) bevel profile. The wheels are tested and balanced to provide profiling results with compatible Raimondi Bulldog machines.
