Raimondi Step 1 Continuous Rim Diamond Milling Wheel for Bulldog Machines
The Raimondi Step 1 Continuous Rim Diamond Milling Wheel is designed for the initial shaping stage of bullnose profiling on compatible Raimondi Bulldog machines. The 80-grit diamond wheel starts removing excess material from tile or stone to create the rough profile before the subsequent finishing steps.
Choose the radius that matches your application. These wheels are available in 3/8" (10 mm) and 5/8" (15 mm) radius options, with different wheel diameters and model numbers.

All wheels are tested and balanced to provide profiling results with Raimondi Bulldog machines.
Applications
- Initial shaping for bullnose edges on tile and stone
- Rough removal of material to create the selected radius
- 45° profiling when used with the appropriate rough-finish wheel
Half-Bullnose and Bullnose Finishing Process
- Step 1: Use the milling wheel to rough out the shape.
- Step 2: Use the rough-finish wheel to refine the profile.
- Step 3: Use the yellow wheel for a honed finish.
- Step 4: Use the red wheel for a satin finish.
- Step 5: Use the grey wheel for a glossy finish.
